Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of translating business requirements into effective solutions.
• The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and user needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis to gather and document detailed business requirements. 
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create process maps and workflows to visualize and document current and future state processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend streamlined processes.
• Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and ensuring successful implementations.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a shared understanding of business needs and project requirements.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Salary
N200,000 / Month (Net)
