Job Description

• Identifying new business opportunities: This includes researching and identifying potential customers, partners, or markets for the company's products or services.
• Building relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiating deals: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with new and existing clients.
• Market research: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Sales and marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
• Networking: Networking with industry professionals and attending relevant events to stay informed and make new connections.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that the company's goals are met.
• Meeting targets: Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets set by the company.
• Reporting: Keeping management informed of progress and providing regular reports on sales and revenue.
• Continual learning: Continuously updating knowledge about the industry and the company's products, services, and competitors.
• Engage and build relationships with Client Advisors and consultants across all channels in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Supervisor or Relationship Manager.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month (Net + Commissions)
