Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior accountant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records and processes of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing financial analysis and support to the management team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related taxes.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the management team to help make strategic business decisions.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
