Job Description

• Our client is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for forging meaningful partnerships.
• As the Partnerships and Sponsorships Officer, you will play a key role in shaping collaborations and sponsorships for a dynamic coaching/consulting firm and drive impactful relationships that contribute to thegrowth and success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, and businesses aligned with our mission and values.
• Create and execute sponsorship strategies to secure financial support and resources for events, programs, and initiatives.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors.
• Work with event organizers to secure partnerships and sponsorships for workshops, conferences, and other events.
• Customize proposals to align with the unique needs and goals of each partner.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment in all collaborative efforts.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
• Exceptional relationships-building skills with a focus on long-term collaboration.
• Experience in managing sponsorship agreements and deliverables.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
