We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Tech stack:

• Programming Languages
• Backend: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript (Node.js), Ruby, Go, etc., depending on the specific requirements of the project.
• Frontend: JavaScript (with frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, CSS, TypeScript.

Frameworks and Libraries:

• Backend: Spring Boot (Java), Django (Python), Flask (Python), ASP.NET Core (C#), Express.js (JavaScript/Node.js), Ruby on Rails (Ruby), etc.
• Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.

Databases:

• SQL Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch, Firebase.

Cloud Services and Platforms:

• Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DigitalOcean.
• Compute: AWS EC2, Azure Virtual Machines, Google Compute Engine.
• Storage: AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage.
• Serverless: AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions.
• Database: AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, DynamoDB, Firestore.

DevOps Tools:

• Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI, CircleCI.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
• nfrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
• Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
