Description
- We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Traffic Officer to join our team. The Traffic officer will be responsible for assembling, controlling, and directing all incoming and outgoing trucks.
- They will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of traffic in and around the plant.
Job Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned beat on foot, on a motorcycle, or patrol car to control traffic.
- Directs trucks entering the plant for loading to avoid traffic around or under disruption.
- Disperse unruly crowds at public gatherings
- To make sure the road network is free always and issue tickets to traffic violators.
- Physically intercept trucks entering the plant for loading, ensuring proper arrangement of trucks post-loading for successful dispatch. Recording valid ATC loading advice, confirmed by the logistics and control department.
- Recording of trucks going in and out at AG Park (Kara) for minor and major repairs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE and OND qualification
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience.
