Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Your contribution will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and nurturing robust client relationships. This involves identifying potential clients, comprehending their logistics needs, and providing customized solutions to address those needs. Your adeptness in communication, contract negotiation, and internal collaboration will serve as essential components in achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.

Job Description 

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Scout and prospect potential clients in the industry.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements with clients to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Propose innovative and cost-effective logistics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide input to management on market trends, client feedback, and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to address client concerns and provide updates on services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and should be tech savvy.
