We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor / Builder

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing different parts of construction projects
• Supervising crew members
• Preparing estimates for time and materials needed for a project
• Ensuring that construction projects operate smoothly
• Providing technical advice
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site activities
• Planning, marking out, and leveling construction sites before building work takes place

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
