Job Title: Distribution Centre Management Officer

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with team members.
• Implement new distribution strategies to obtain profitability.
• Analyze existing distribution procedures and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and manage inventories at distribution center.
• Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them.
• Oversee daily operations of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
• Perform basic administration duties and maintain clear and complete accounting records.
• Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate monthly reports of inventory levels for management.
• Manage storage and handling of inventories in warehouses.
• Manage carriers to perform distributions in the assigned routes.

Requirements

• Degree / HND with 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Ready to work in Ota, Ogun State.
• Understanding of the role and ability to work with little supervision.
