We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SME Relationship Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description 

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential SME clients, and develop strategies to grow and retain existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all financial needs.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as lending and cash management, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to SME clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SME financial products and services.
