Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Responsible for the provision of a responsive and cost-efficient warehouse that is aligned with the current and long-term requirements of the Global Business strategy.

Main Functions

• Responsible for the Leadership and direction of the Warehouse team.
• Report and auction of defined KPIs.
• Ensure that the warehouse is capable of delivering the volume requirements of the business.
• Drive continuous improvement in the cost efficiency of the operations.
• Responsible to set the long-term vision for the warehouse in line with the strategic plan and to ensure that future volumes and customer-service requirements can be met.
• Safeguard the human and physical assets employed in the warehouse.
• Manage projects and introduction of new initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Develop and manage industrial relations within the warehouse environment.
• Responsible for the Warehouse contamination rating and actions to progress.
• Responsible for the control of accuracy, cost control, cleanliness, efficiency, safety and security within the warehouse.
