Job Summary

  • The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and management of all food and non-food inventory for the QSR.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze inventory data to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Implement inventory management systems to track and analyze inventory movements.

Supplier Management:

  • Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives as needed.

Cost Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs while ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving items and develop strategies to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the inventory budget.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Inventory turnover ratio
  • Stockout rate
  • Inventory accuracy percentage
  • Supplier lead time
  • Cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Inventory carrying cost.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
