Job Description
- Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.
- Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).
- Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives.
- Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- The incumbent will be responsible for detailing to doctors, pharmacist etc. to support sales.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Pharmacy
- 3-5 years experience of Managing Pharmaceutical Industry with KPI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
