We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Team Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the firm's over all business objectives.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand identity.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients through strategic sales initiatives.
• Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from reputable institution
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (Experience in real estate is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer Savvy
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
• Willing to work for basic pay plus commission

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
