Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Frozen chicken & FMCG products)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote chicken products across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the chicken processing industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including product brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Manage social media accounts and online platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with customers.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing within the food processing industry, preferably with a focus on poultry products.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
