Job Title: Airport Support Staff
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and boarding processes.
- Assist the main office with fixing ticket issues relating to date changes, route changes, inquiries and counter payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between passengers and airport authorities.
- Provide timely updates and information to passengers as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Must reside close to the airport.
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with diverse airport teams.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
