Job Title: Airport Support Staff

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and boarding processes.
• Assist the main office with fixing ticket issues relating to date changes, route changes, inquiries and counter payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between passengers and airport authorities.
• Provide timely updates and information to passengers as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Must reside close to the airport.
• Experience: Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with diverse airport teams.
• Problem Solving: Quick thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
