Job Title: Cleaner

Job Summary

• Undertake to keep a clean and safe office environment at always.
• The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment and facilities.
• The Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices as well as ensuring that cleaning supplies are properly stocked.
• Preferably, should live in or around locations close to Yaba and Ogba offices.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking a range of daily cleaning of the office and keeping it maintained and in good condition
• Mopping and Vacuuming floors, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash, washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Completing a variety of cleaning tasks which include cleaning surfaces with disinfectant.
• Inspecting the office and communal areas to ensure they are tidy and well maintained, including disposing of waste
• Performing regular inventory checks of the facility and replacing consumables when required
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Responding efficiently to urgent requests such as spillages, so that safety is restored in a timely manner
• Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage
• Running errands and organizing the office.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of SSCE Certificate
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a cleaner.
