Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our reputable real estate company. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
Job Duties
- Bring onboard Apartment/ Shortlets owners through various channels, including personal visits, online platforms, networking events and clients’ referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales.
- Build and maintain relationship with clients to understand their needs and preference.
- Provide guidance and support to vendors throughout the listing process, including property viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as photographers, videographers to ensure successful apartment capturing.
- Prepare and make presentation to clients in a professional manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets of onboarding at least 25 shortlet owners monthly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
- Good reporting skills.
