Job Descriptions
- Timely escalation and proper follow up on field activities.
- Efficient Reporting
- Respond to request for technical support in person via and electronically.
- Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention
- Tracking daily outages
- Follow up VSWR, NHC and QOS as escalated
- Relationship management with Client
- Perform other related duties as assigned
