Job Description
- Responsible for the complete upkeep and smooth functioning of the Hotel laundry department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate in General Hospitality.
- Ability to lead, motivate and form effective working relationships with team members.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude in order to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Experience Required for the Role
- Vocational Training Certificate in Hotel laundry management.
- Significant experience will be require for the post of Laundry Manager.
- Understanding Hotel Operations.
- Effective Communication.
- Customer Focus.
- Drive for Results.
