Job Description
- To supervise and work as part of a team to ensure that the customer experience is optimized whilst high standards are achieved in the provision of food, beverage and general hospitality services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate in General Hospitality
- Ability to lead, motivate and form effective working relationships with team members.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude in order to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Use of IT packages such as Word and Excel and stock ordering packages
Experience Required for the Role:
- Vocational Training Certificate in restaurant, hotel management
- Significant experience will be require for the post of Head Portal
- Customer service supervision
- Hospitality/Bars supervision
- Financial and budgetary management
- Operational hands-on training
- Preparation and delivery of promotional activity
- Knowledge of cash control, till systems,
- Health & Safety regulations
- Knowledge of Licensing Laws
