Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development professional with a strong background in the outsourcing industry.
  • This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outsourcing industry, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, meeting client expectations and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management in the outsourcing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
