Job Description

• Our client is looking for adynamic Social Media Correspondent to join their team. The ideal candidate should be social media savvy, have a passion for responding to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Responding to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring social media accounts for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
• Creating social media content that is engaging, informative, and on-brand.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a social media correspondent or related role.
• Should be available to work Monday to saturday, 9am to 6:30pm.
• Preferred candidate must have completed NYSC.
• Business development.
• Emotional intelligence.
• Customer Relationship & Management.
• Willingness to work and ability to stay focused.
• Strong work ethics.
• Attention to details.
• Top Notch Persuasive Marketing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices
• Willingness and readiness to swiftly respond to messages 24/7.
• Conflict Resolution Skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Proactiveness and Ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work under minimal or no supervision.
• Adequate understanding of all our products and services.
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and its environs is an added advantage.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
