Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive customer database
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Confer with Lead, Client Experience to resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
- Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience executive, or a similar customer support role.
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client- centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
