Job Title: Team Lead, Quality Assurance and Control
Location: Lagos

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
Department: Infrastructure Quality
Reporting to: Head Infrastructure Quality
Purpose (Brief)
- Manage Spot Checks, Reporting, and Quality Enforcement for Outside Plant Fiber Operations. Maintain standards for training and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance and Compliance for Outside Plant Deployments
- Audit and Verification of As-Maintained Information
- Update and Maintain Standards and Specifications Documentation
- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices
- People Management and Training Initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Educational: B.Eng in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)
- Professional: CFOT certification is advantageous
- Technical: Proficient in Fiber Turnkey Deployments, Civil Works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Visio, GIS
- Communication: Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Work Experience:
- 5 years in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD, and GIS
