Job Description

• The supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all drilling operations on-site to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Degrees such as a Master's or Ph.D. is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in drilling operations, with a significant portion of that time spent in supervisory or managerial roles.
