Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Personnel to join our team. As a Business Development Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
  • We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and construction industry and relevant educational certification.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities. Analyze data and provide insights to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements, identify opportunities for collaboration, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tailored to the specific needs of clients. Showcase the unique value proposition of DreamCity Group's real estate and construction services.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing, to develop comprehensive solutions for clients. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and construction industry.
  • Relevant educational certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
