They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Manager (Southern Region)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and success of the Award within the region.
- Manage and support a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the effective delivery of the program.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies, to promote and expand the Access, Reach and Impact of the Award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Non-profit Management) Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across various states in the region.
