They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Communications Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Carry out and implement the plan and operational strategy developed and agreed upon with the Operations manager.
• Promote and grow the reach of the Award to more groups of young people.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and vision.

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Proven experience in operations management and communications, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
