Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Responsible for production output from slitting and rewinding machine in the paper core making.
- Supervise machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with the production head to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Train and mentor machine operators, ensuring continuous skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and improvements.
Candidate Specification
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within converting units of film processing companies/tape manufacturing companies.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling production challenges and guiding operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
- Candidate should be graduated and trained.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
- Preferred Company: Shakti Industries and ABVEE VEE
Salary
N130,000 - N200,000 / Month.
