Job Description

  • As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that high-quality service is delivered to guests.
  • Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control standards.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train food and beverage staff. Create work schedules and ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Work with the team to develop and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure that inventory is properly stored and accounted for. Minimize waste and control costs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverages meet quality and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Control costs and maximize profitability. Prepare reports on financial performance and other key metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain records and documentation as required.

Salary
N60,000 / Month.
