Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Ensure that all the key marketing projects and activities are implemented effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Attract, retain, and train quality manpower for effective delivery.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate business development.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the real estate sector, achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Real estate license or certification is a plus.
