Composite Building is a leading Building and Construction company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A post graduate degree would be added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on-post graduation experience in construction project management.
• Cognate experience in Real Estate construction project management
• PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality, confidence, and ability to contribute to corporate culture.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
• A good team player with good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Must be versatile, innovative, and passionate.
• Ready and available to work long hours in challenging but exceptionally rewarding environment.
