Job Description

• As a retail station attendant, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
• You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail station, restocking inventory, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized retail station
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
• Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Positive feedback from customers on their experience with the retail station attendant
• Efficient processing of customer transactions with minimal errors
• Retail station is consistently clean and organized according to company standards
• Completion of inventory restocking in a timely manner
• Continual communication of customer feedback and suggestions to management for improvement.

Salary
N40,000 / month.
