We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Real Estate Finance and Investment Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute real estate investment strategies to meet financial objectives.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
- Negotiate financing terms with lenders and investors to secure optimal funding.
- Lead financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess investment viability and potential returns.
- Manage investment portfolios and monitor performance against targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and legal teams, to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting real estate investments.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in real estate finance and investment management.
- Proven track record of successfully executing real estate investment strategies and delivering strong financial results.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate markets, financial analysis, and investment valuation techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) preferred.
