We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles / Task Complexity

  • Drive and ensure achievement of monthly and overall given target.
  • Develop and plan new business expansion initiatives.
  • Research and development of new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic business partnership to drive the achievement of set targets.
  • Develop relationship management process to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure profitable and achievable SLAs are agreed with the clients.
  • Develop and Drive the Retail/E-Commerce/Cash businesses across the various regions with focus on both local and International.
  • Develop sustainable strategies to meet target audience while increasing bottom line.
  • Develop a structure for the Express Centre Businesses.
  • Manage the activities of all staff across the Express centers.
  • Organize and run periodic trainings for all Direct Sales Agents. Train, Coach, Guide as necessary for optimized performance.
  • Manage performance of all staff members across the Express Centers.
  • Liaise with the customer service team to always ensure achievement of positive customer experience.
  • Work with the team and ensure well-structured proposals are submitted to prospective clients.
  • Liaise with various departments and ensure all submitted Leads are followed through to closed deals. All Leads must be given equal attention.
  • Ensure that agreed SLAs are met within budget, time, and specification.
