Job Summary
- As an Operations Analyst, Your responsibility is to identify and participate in initiatives aimed at solving key operational problems within the organization and its subsidiaries.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing business administrative activities
- Develop and oversee daily operations and processes
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Ensure all business service papers are available
- Support the business to document relevant information for internal and external use
- Assist teams in analyzing and maintaining operational data
- Ensure compliance with best business practices and quality standards
- Contribute to innovation of new products through product/service operations process development
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 7 years cognate experience with Customer Support Experience
- IT professional certiļ¬cations
- Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Certiļ¬cation is desirable.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
