Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Cold Calls, Door-to-Door Marketing at buildings under construction, diligently marketing Architects, Building Construction Companies, Interior Designers, Builders, firms of Quantity Surveyors, and other professionals and specifiers in the building construction industry.
• Reporting: Will be attached to the specified company Directors and work between the Lagos Mainland and the Lagos Island.

Geographical areas of Focus:
Candidates would be assigned to geographical areas in accordance with the location of their respective residences - for example:

• Banana Island and Ikoyi
• Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Oniru, Lekki, and environs
• Mainland - Surulere, Ilupeju, Palmgrove, Yaba, Shomolu, Gbagada, Ikeja, Ikeja GRA, Magodo and environs

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly (Very attractive)
• Sales Commission: This job comes with attractive Sales Commissions, details of which will be formally stated in the Interview.
