Requirements

• HND / BSc / MSc in Mechanical background.
• Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Aptitude in decision making.
• Relationship management skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a General Manager
• Computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, word, Excel,
• PowerPoint, and Outlook. etc.
• Sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience.
• Innovative, inventive, and analytical, able to pre-empt and resolve problems with ease.
• Agile, responsive, and good under pressure.
• Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.
• Heightened cultural awareness - able to relate and build relations.
