An established real estate management company with visible presence in Lagos State is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of onsite generators, electrical switchgears, LV and HV equipment. This includes designing, developing, reviewing, and implementing preventive maintenance activities. To lead all onsite engineers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalents with a combination of requisite training and cognate experience.
• OND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience in HV equipment is required.
• HND in Electrical Engineering with an appreciable mechanical background is an advantage.
• Working knowledge in Utilities like Chillers, Air Compressors, etc. desirable.
• Possession of COREN/NSE qualifications advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field is required.
