Ritman University is the 58th Private University, approved by the Federal Government to begin academic activities on February 25 2015 and Licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to begin operations as a Private University on March 5th 2015.

Qualification and Requirements
- The candidate should have a Master's Degree and a good first Degree, not below second class honours in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Information Technology, from a recognised institution.
- An earned Ph.D would be an advantage.
- Such candidate(s) must have extensive professional experience in Computer System Development with at least 15 Fifteen years cognate and hands-on experience.
- Must be a member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) with considerable experience in project team/group leadership, scholarly research and publications.
- The candidate must be a person with vision, proven academic distinction, managerial ability, cognate professional experience, integrity and transparency in private and public life
