We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: LPG Plant Supervisor

Location: Katsina
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Plan, organize and direct day to day operations of the plant.
  • Supervise the efficient operation of all plant equipment to achieve plant objectives.
  • Report on the technical performance of equipment and develop routine maintenance schedules.
  • Carry out technical studies and make recommendations for improvements which will increase productivity or equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to grow sales volumes and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Coordinate sales activities within the LPG plant.
  • Record and report daily plant sales and operations activities, including meter readings, tank level gauge reading, sales quantities e.t.c
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Suitable candidate should possess a Degree or HND in Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in LPG operations, 2 of which should be in a similar position.
  • HSE certification is an added advantage.

Experience & Skills required:

  • Technically inclined and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Ability to create accountability and lead by example.
  • Strong team-building, decision making and people management skills.
  • Computer literacy: proficient in the use of microsoft excel and other packages.
