Raedial Farms Limited is a wholly Nigerian-owned and registered company focused on the sustainable management of farms, palm plantations and livestock with over a decade of experience and a dedicated and efficient workforce of more than 500 people. Our business activities include livestock rearing, crop cultivation, and processing with a focus on the seedling, planting, and processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches of palm, to produce sustainable Crude Palm Oil. With over 65,000 palm trees currently being cultivated on 1500 hectares of land and plans to finalise the acquisition of two more existing Palm Plantations- 10,000 and 5,000 Acres respectively, Raedial Farms Limited is poised to become Nigeria’s top major player in the Agricultural sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Oil Mill Factory Worker

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Disassembles equipment using tools in order to clean equipment and to perform regular operational maintenance.
• Filter oil as one of the processes of oil extraction. Pump oil, using equipment such as sifters or cloths, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Tend equipment for oil extraction
• Clean waste materials from machines
• Be at ease in unsafe environments like being exposed to dust, rotating equipment, hot surfaces, sub-freezing and cold storage areas, noise, wet floors and moving lift equipment.
• Monitor the blending process of oil.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
• 6+ months work experience in a similar role.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended hours.
• Comfortable with working on elevated surfaces.
• Resilient to working in adverse climatic conditions.
• Available to work shifts and extended hours.
• Available to travel to remote areas for extended periods.

Remuneration

• Salary: N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
• Accommodation Available.
