Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Summary
- As the Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the oncology clinic's physical facilities.
- This includes managing facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating renovations and repairs, and supervising cleaning and security staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair of clinic facilities including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building upkeep and ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate renovation projects, develop project plans, solicit bids from contractors, and oversee construction activities.
- Supervise cleaning and security staff by hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain high standards and develop and manage budgets for facility operations, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
Salary
N160,000 - N240,000 net
