Ritman University is the 58th Private University, approved by the Federal Government to begin academic activities on February 25 2015 and Licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to begin operations as a Private University on March 5th 2015.

Qualification and Requirements
- Must have a Ph.D Degree in any of the following discipline: Sociology, Mass Communications, International Relations, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
- Must have previous experience in the mobilization of financial and material resources for institutional development.
- Has been involved in staff training and development in educational other institutions.
- The candidate must possess good Human Relation characteristics, good disposition and excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
- Must be fit and of good health with a willingness to travel around to meet clients and potentials donors and be computer literate.
