Responsibilities
As a social media officer, your responsibilities may include:

• Content Creation: b Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
• Posting and Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and timely presence online.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain positive interactions with the audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and social media developments to keep the organization's online presence current.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional campaigns and promotions.
• Brand Advocacy: Foster a positive brand image and encourage user-generated content and advocacy.
• Crisis Management: Address and manage any negative feedback or crises in a timely and professional manner.
• Platform Optimization: Stay informed about the latest features and best practices on different social media platforms to optimize content and engagement.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 0-2 years experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 / Month.
