Ritman University is the 58th Private University, approved by the Federal Government to begin academic activities on February 25 2015 and Licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to begin operations as a Private University on March 5th 2015.

Qualification and Requirements
- The candidate must have a Ph.D degree from a recognized University in Educational Planning/Management or related discipline, with at least 6 (Six) years post qualification lecturing, research/cognate experience.
- Must have at least 7 (Seven) publications in reputable international/national Journals.
- Must demonstrate evidence of continuous research and publication and current engagement in academic planning activities ma University;
- Should be computer literate and must be able to show leadership in ensuring the University complies with and maintains optimum academic standards:
- Provide data backed information on academic operations of the University;
- Regularly update and evaluate data from relevant University units to analyze the performance of the University.
