The Candel FZE is a manufacturing company engaged in the development, production, marketing and distribution of agrochemicals, specialised fertilisers, seeds and allied products in Nigeria.It is located in the Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju- Lekki; near Dangote Refinery, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director or his delegate, the successful candidate will:

• Help develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in our company’s operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless cooperation among departments and promoting a culture of innovation, creative thinking, continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Drive the execution of business plans, achieving set goals and targets.
• Analyze market trends and supply chain landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Would have obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper in Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering or a relevant field, from one of Nigeria's universities.
• An MBA from a top university is highly desirable for this position.
• Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, in a related capacity.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, talent management, finance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Our ideal candidate who should be under the age of 35.
