Job Description
- As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships within the Glass and Aluminum industry.
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who can contribute to the success of our sales team.
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and demonstrate expertise in the Aluminum industry, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction sectors.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aluminum, Architecture, Real Estate, and Construction industries.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our glass processing products and services.
Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with the Aluminum industry, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction sectors.
- Previous experience in glass processing will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-6 years in Sales (Preferably in the Aluminum, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction industries)
- Industry Experience: Extensive knowledge of the Aluminum industry, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction sectors. Familiarity with glass processing is highly desirable.
- Gender Preference: Female (Preferably not married)
