We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive - Glass Processing

Location: Victoria Island / Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships within the Glass and Aluminum industry.
  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who can contribute to the success of our sales team.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and demonstrate expertise in the Aluminum industry, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction sectors.

Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aluminum, Architecture, Real Estate, and Construction industries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our glass processing products and services.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Aluminum industry, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction sectors.
  • Previous experience in glass processing will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-6 years in Sales (Preferably in the Aluminum, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction industries)
  • Industry Experience: Extensive knowledge of the Aluminum industry, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction sectors. Familiarity with glass processing is highly desirable.
  • Gender Preference: Female (Preferably not married)
