Job Title: Relationship Manager (SME)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • This position requires a combination of financial expertise, customer service skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, providing financial advice, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Actively seeking out new clients and markets, converting leads into sales, and expanding the client base.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of financialproducts, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer sound advice to clients.
  • Working closely with other members of the financial team, such as investment advisors, insurance specialists, and credit officers, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3/5 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
  • Experience delivering on targets, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
  • Support the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
  • Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank
